		<description>Enchilada casserole...that sounds yummy.  I'm trying to do good with the intuitive eating plan.  After the marathon, if I really want to lose that 10 or 15 by April 1st, I will need to start food journaling again.  Maybe I can have you or someone else review them each week.  I like that you put yours right out there and let people comment.</description>

		<description>I tried Lara Bars too and thought the same thing...I totally thought I would like them but instead found they were a total waste of calories and didn't fill me up at all.  I'll stick to my Kashi bars (a little more sugar but waaaay more flavor and way more filling).</description>

		<description>"Never ever" is so strong - hardly ever is probably better. I try to not have anything after my evening meal, because when I do, I want more.

I also try to do a morning snack &amp; afternoon snack, but that doesn't always work out.
