Breakfast: bread with honey PB; coffee & soymilk
Post-run: chicken wrap, potato chips, 2 beers, 1 tiny root beer
Lunch: bread with honey PB & 1/2 banana
Dinner: 1 turkey sausage with cheese & crackers & 1/2 beer (16/10).
