Breakfast: coffee & two donuts (my annual birthday treat! yay!)
Lunch: banana with PB; tuna & rice casserole
Snack:1.5 pieces of homemade bread (very filling)
Dinner: chicken fajita soup; grilled cheese sandwich; 1 beer
Water: 12 oz (FAIL)
Exercise: 20 minute walk

Pre-workout: 1/2 slice of bread; coffee & soy creamer (all the better because my delightful architect got up at the ass-crack of dawn to make me coffee & drive me to the gym).
Breakfast: Instant oatmeal with a spoonful of peanut butter

I didn’t get any exercise today - but I’ve already achieved my goal of 27 workouts this month, even with 4 rest days (I doubled up on a couple of days). I ate my breakfast too late, and then my lunch & snack kind of ran into each other. And then, there was lefse waiting [...]

Lunch: 1/2 cup rice, 1/2 cup turkey etouffee, 1 piece of cornbread, 2/3 cup cranberries
Dinner: 1 piece of cornbread, 1/2 cup turkey etouffee, 1 piece of veggie pizza, 1 beer
Snack: 1 piece of pumpkin pecan pie
Water: 96 oz
Exercise: 90 minutes elliptical, 90 minutes yoga
