Another day snowed in!  I did get out for a bit today, but the roads are icy and snowy, so I didn’t run.
Breakfast: 2 multi-grain (organic) waffles with apple butter & peanut butter, coffee and soy nog

Didn’t get out today like I’d planned - not going to a party probably means better eating, though!
Breakfast: 2 multi-grain toaster waffles, 1.5 TB peanut butter, 2 TB pumpkin butter; 2 large cups of coffee with soy nog
Lunch: A mishmash of bread & cookies (of course!)

Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice of bread, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 cup of coffee with soy eggnog (yum)
Lunch: 1 large helping of walnut, dried cranberry & pear salad with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing, 1 piece of lasagna, two tiny bars

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1/2 oz cheese, 1 morningstar breakfast sausage; coffee with soy creamer
Lunch: cookies (it’s my weightloss trick - expect a book out any day)
Dinner: wine & appetizers
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: 45 minutes elliptical
Weight: 149.2 (-1/-3.4)

Breakfast: 2 egg omelet with turkey, greens, onion & cheese, 1 slice bread with pumpkin butter; large cup of coffee with soy creamer
Lunch: cookies (healthy)
Dinner: 3/4 cup wheat pasta, 1/4 cup marinara, 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup eggnog with rum
Snack: 1 slice bread (homemade) with butter
Water: 32 oz
