Morning snack: 1 banana
Lunch: Couscous with black beans, onions, garlic & tomatoes; steamed broccoli
Afternoon snack: 10 almonds, 15 baby carrots, 3 mini 3 Muskateers
Dinner: 1/3 lb. buffalo burger with 1 oz cheese, 1.5 slices homemade bread; 1/2 cup steamed asparagus, lots o’ ketchup
