Breakfast: 1 cup of French vanilla yogurt, Raisin Bran
Lunch: Big-ass salad with: greens, cheese, bread cubes, beets, walnuts, chicken, avocado, tomatoes

Today was a pretty awesome day - almost the epitome of intuitive eating - with one small exception (i.e. lesson learned).
Breakfast: cinnamon & raisin bagel with cream cheese, medium coffee w/ half & half

So - this work thing. As much as I love my job, I think I would like to live a life a leisure. I love my 3-day weekends, and they are ALL OVER for awhile. And then, when I get them back? They will be Friday-Sunday weekends, which means I have to GO TO WORK [...]

Breakfast: My usual weekend fare of oatmeal (1/3 cup each oats, water, vanilla soymilk) with peanut butter & pumpkin butter with pecans. Coffee w/ soy creamer
Brunch: Eleventy cups of coffee w/ half & half; 2 eggs over medium, potatoes, and a delious muffin
Dinner: Enchilada casserole, 4 beers (Crazy indulger that I am).
Water: 64 oz

Today was a very good day. I believe that I ate intuitively today.
Breakfast: more yummy oatmeal with peanut & pumpkin butters and pecans (tomorrow I will have to try it with bananas….yum!); coffee & soymilk
First Lunch: Banana & 1 TB peanut butter (this is a theme)
Second Lunch: 2 small pieces of leftover lasagna from Thursday

A pretty good day - I’m still working on getting my 90 oz of water (at 9 PM), but a decent day, none-the-less.
