Another Monday. BUT - this is my middle 5-day week, and then I’m back to 4-day weeks….I think I can do it!
Breakfast: Raisin bran & vanilla yogurt; coffee with soy milk
Morning snack: 20 almonds & 1 piece of string cheese
Lunch: Corn Chowder with 15 saltines
Afternoon snack: Banana & PB
Dinner: Roast Chicken & Rice; 1/2 slice [...]
