Another Monday. BUT - this is my middle 5-day week, and then I’m back to 4-day weeks….I think I can do it!
Breakfast: Raisin bran & vanilla yogurt; coffee with soy milk
Morning snack: 20 almonds & 1 piece of string cheese
Lunch: Corn Chowder with 15 saltines
Afternoon snack: Banana & PB
Dinner: Roast Chicken & Rice; 1/2 slice [...]

January 27, 2009

Breakfast: vanilla low-fat yogurt, a little raisin bran, coffee & soy creamer
Morning snack: banana & PB
Lunch: 1 slice of bread, delicious chicken (leftover)
Afternoon snack: 1 string cheese, walnuts
Dinner: Chicken Tortilla Soup with cheese & extra sour cream (this stuff was so spicy)
Water: 72 oz
Exercise: 3 miles in 32:42

I’m pretty pleased that I’m able to keep up with my intuitive eating with all this stress!
Breakfast: Vanilla yogurt with raisin bran, 1 medium non-fat vanilla latte
Morning snack: banana & 2 TB peanut butter (hopefully not salmonella PB)
Lunch: leftover chicken curry & brown rice
Afternoon snack: 1 string cheese, 1 serving almonds
Dinner: 2 beers, 10 saltines, [...]

It was a good day.
Breakfast: 1 cup of French vanilla yogurt, Raisin Bran
Lunch: Big-ass salad with: greens, cheese, bread cubes, beets, walnuts, chicken, avocado, tomatoes
Dinner: The architect made an awesome crockpot chicken curry & I had it with brown rice, 1 beer & 2 glasses of champagne (hey! we were celebrating) while watching CSPAN replay [...]

Today was a pretty awesome day - almost the epitome of intuitive eating - with one small exception (i.e. lesson learned).
Breakfast: cinnamon & raisin bagel with cream cheese, medium coffee w/ half & half
I usually get a latte everytime I stop at the coffee shop, and people, this was the first time I’ve ever ordered [...]

January 14 & 15, 2009

This week has been rather hellish. So - again, two days in one! WOO!

Breakfast: vanilla yogurt, stale granola
Lunch: another delicious salad - just like the 13th’s but with pecans instead of black beans
Mid-afternoon Snack: banana w/ peanut butter, medium fat-free vanilla latte 
Dinner: cheese, crackers & wine. I felt that I didn’t eat more [...]

Today was a very good day. I believe that I ate intuitively today.
Breakfast: more yummy oatmeal with peanut & pumpkin butters and pecans (tomorrow I will have to try it with bananas….yum!); coffee & soymilk
First Lunch: Banana & 1 TB peanut butter (this is a theme)
Second Lunch: 2 small pieces of leftover lasagna from Thursday
