Morning snack: banana & 2 TB peanut butter
Lunch: 1/2 slice of (homemade) bread, Moroccan stew, 1 oz cheese
Dinner: Spanish style chicken, 1/2 slice (homemade) bread, 1 large glass of wine
Water: 64 oz
