Breakfast: Green smoothie, coffee with soymilk
Morning snack: yogurt & cereal
Lunch: black beans, couscous & cheddar cheese
Afternoon snack: banana & peanut butter
Dinner: chicken & rice & veggies - WAAAAY too much; handful of chocolate chips; beer (3.5/10)
Water: 90 oz
Exercise: push-ups (only 33 - slacker!)
