Lunch: 2 slices whole wheat bread, 2.5 oz cheese, 1 serving deli turkey, 2 TB ketchup; 1 lemon cookie
Dinner: 4 beers (7.75/10); 1 smallish chicken burrito, some chips & salsa
Water: 80 oz
Exercise: 5.5 mile VERY HILLY run.
