Morning snack: Green (actually, it’s kinda purple) smoothie with carrots, spinach, grapes, berries, flax seeds & vanilla soy milk
Lunch: 2 corn tortillas with 1 oz cheese, fat-free refried beans, brown rice & tomatoes
Afternoon snack: banana (sans PB, I’m on a moratorium)

Lunch: whole wheat tortilla with turkey meat, spinach, green peppers & beets
Afternoon snack: peanut butter & banana
Dinner: 2 whole wheat tortillas with couscous & black beans; much wine
Exercise: 2 mile run (20:03) & 30 minute bike (8.6 miles); 200 crunches
Water: 64 oz

Exercise: 1 mile easy walk

I am so hungover today (the 18th) that even typing about food is making me feel a weird combination of nauseated & ravenous. But here goes:
Breakfast: oatmeal with vanilla soymilk, pumpkin butter & peanut butter; sprinkled with cinnamon & sugar
Lunch: Leftover pear & gorgonzola salad - it was alright, but I didn’t like the dressing [...]

A pretty good day - I’m still working on getting my 90 oz of water (at 9 PM), but a decent day, none-the-less.
