Breakfast: coffee with soymilk; oatmeal with PB
Morning snack: banana pumpkin muffin
Lunch: baked potato with cottage cheese
Afternoon snack: vanilla yogurt with cereal
Pre-run snack: 1 thin slice wheat bread, 1 TB peanut butter, 1 banana (PB & banana sandwich = yum!)
Dinner: moroccan stew, 1 glass of grapefruit juice
Water: 96 oz.
Exercise: 3 miles, slow & easy

Breakfast: Green smoothie, coffee with soymilk
Morning snack: yogurt & cereal
Lunch: black beans, couscous & cheddar cheese
Afternoon snack: banana & peanut butter
Dinner: chicken & rice & veggies - WAAAAY too much; handful of chocolate chips; beer (3.5/10)
Water: 90 oz
Exercise: push-ups (only 33 - slacker!)

Breakfast: monster green smoothie made with mixed greens, frozen strawberries & pineapple, & vanilla soy milk
Morning snack: 20 almonds
Lunch: Chili
Afternoon snack: bread & PB
Dinner: more chili - this time with shredded cheese & another piece of bread (the cupboards are a bit bare); 1.5 glasses of wine
Water: 85 oz
Exercise: 3 mile Walk

Breakfast: instant oatmeal with peanut butter
Morning snack: banana
Lunch: black bean burger; 1 oz cheese; baked potato fries
Afternoon snack: 20 almonds
Dinner: 2 whole wheat tortillas, 1 black bean burger, 2 oz cheddar cheese; 1 sm (3 oz) glass wine
Exercise: 5 miles hills, 200 crunches
Water: 80 oz

Breakfast: Instant oatmeal with peanut butter; coffee with soy milk
Morning snack: banana & PB
Lunch: Chicken noodle soup and salad with 1 TB of bleu cheese
Afternoon snack: 20 almonds
Dinner: Steamed broccoli with whole wheat pasta & marinara
Water: 64 oz

Breakfast: 1/2 banana; 7/8 of a cinnamon scone, 1 medium fat-free vanilla latte
Morning snack: 1 banana
Lunch: Couscous with black beans, onions, garlic & tomatoes; steamed broccoli
Afternoon snack: 10 almonds, 15 baby carrots, 3 mini 3 Muskateers
Dinner: 1/3 lb. buffalo burger with 1 oz cheese, 1.5 slices homemade bread; 1/2 cup steamed asparagus, lots o’ ketchup

Breakfast: oatmeal (1/3 cup each of water, oats, soy creamer; peanut butter, apple butter, 1/2 banana & 1 tsp vanilla); coffee with soy creamer
Lunch: 1/2 cup garlic mashed potatoes topped with 2 TB melted shredded cheese
Post-run lunch: 2 whole grain waffles, 2 TB peanut butter, 2 TB jam & 1/2 banana
