Pre-workout: 1/2 slice of bread; coffee & soy creamer (all the better because my delightful architect got up at the ass-crack of dawn to make me coffee & drive me to the gym).
Breakfast: Instant oatmeal with a spoonful of peanut butter
Lunch: Grilled veggie panini with zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, onions, goat cheese; some nasty fries [...]

Breakfast: large fat-free vanilla latte, instant oatmeal
Morning snack: banana & Peanut butter; 1 reese’s peanut butter cup.
Lunch: 20 baby carrots, Moroccan stew
Afternoon snack: string cheese & 15 almonds
Dinner: garlic mashed potatoes, turkey sausage, peas & carrots; 2 sips of the architect’s rum & Diet.
Exercise: 4 mile run (10:30 average)
Water: 64 oz.

Breakfast: vanilla yogurt & cereal, coffee with soy milk
Morning snack: medium coffee
Lunch: turkey burger, 1 oz cheddar, 2 slices tomato, 15 baby carrots
Afternoon snack: banana & peanut butter, 1 Reeses peanut butter cup
Dinner: Tortilla soup, take 2, 1 glass of wine
Water: 80 oz
Exercise: 4 mile tempo run (1 mile warm at 5.4 mph, .66 miles [...]

Another Monday. BUT - this is my middle 5-day week, and then I’m back to 4-day weeks….I think I can do it!
Breakfast: Raisin bran & vanilla yogurt; coffee with soy milk
Morning snack: 20 almonds & 1 piece of string cheese
Lunch: Corn Chowder with 15 saltines
Afternoon snack: Banana & PB

Breakfast: oatmeal with Apple butter, peanut butter & walnuts
Lunch/Afternoon snack/Dinner: A large serving of homemade nachos (which makes them a little healthier than restaurant nachos - I baked cut-up tortillas for the chips, used ground turkey, light cheese & light sour cream. It was DELICIOUS with a little guac on top. YUM!; 2 beers

Water: 96 oz (yay!)
